A romantic tale of slightly older lovers who are struggling to connect and communicate while battling personal conflicts, ethnic differences and unrevealed secrets that separate them.
"Talley's Folly" is set circa 1944 in an ornate Victorian boathouse on the Talley homestead in Lebanon, MO. Matt Friedman is a Jewish accountant from St. Louis who arrives in town to plead his love to Sally Talley, the susceptible but uncertain dauhter of the Talley family. Their story is a delicate waltz told with humor, romance and a charming wit.
