A long-running off-Broadway hit, Nibroc was a triumph at both the Edinburgh and Spoleto Festivals and was nominated for Best Play in 1999 by the New York Drama League.

Rebecca Robinson and Rowdy Stovall star in this romantic comedy, which weaves the lives of May, a young religious woman from Corbin, Kentucky, and Raleigh, a would-be writer, recently discharged from the Army.  The play follows the two characters over a span of three years, beginning with a serendipitous meeting on a train. A precarious relationship develops, culminating in a surprise ending.
2003 B. Iden Payne award nomination for Rebecca Robinson for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy!
